By booking with MAJ Auto Spa & Detail Co., you agree to the following terms. We keep it short, honest, and fair.
MAJ Auto Spa & Detail Co. provides mobile and drop-off automotive detailing, ceramic coating, ceramic window tint, and related services in Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
Appointments can be booked online through Square, by phone, or by text. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment — your spot is not held until the deposit is received. All estimates are based on information provided and may be adjusted after vehicle inspection. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
Same-day cancellations or no-call no-shows will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service. We block out time, show up prepared, and pass on other clients to be there for you. Last-minute cancellations directly impact our business and other customers. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice and we will carry your deposit over to the new date at no charge.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment, and notify us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions. MAJ Auto Spa & Detail Co. is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles during service.
Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and cash. All invoices are processed securely through Square. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from MAJ Auto Spa & Detail Co. regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.
After a ceramic coating is applied, do not wash your vehicle or expose it to rain for at least 7 days. The coating requires time to fully cure and bond. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may reduce the performance and longevity of your coating. We will walk you through everything after your appointment.
MAJ Auto Spa & Detail Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues present before service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. A vehicle walkthrough will be completed before all services.
If you have any concerns about the work completed, reach out within 48 hours of your service and we will make it right. We stand behind everything we do and our reputation matters more than anything else.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
